We roast and ship Monday through Friday from Portland, Oregon. Because we roast to order, orders are roasted and shipped within 1 business day and typically arrive in 2–5 business days via tracked carriers.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $35.
- Orders under $35 ship at a flat $4.95.
- You’ll receive tracking by email the moment your coffee ships.
Returns & Freshness Guarantee
Coffee is perishable, so we can’t accept returns of opened bags — but we stand behind every roast with our Freshness Guarantee. If your coffee arrives damaged, stale, or just isn’t right, email hello@volterastudiez.store within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days for a refund.
- Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced at no cost to you.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
